 How to use it September 15, 2007
To use it with your games (It does work really well when you have the know-how) you need a program called Xlink xai. Also look for WiFi Max tutorials on sites such as youtube. It isn't a plug in and play thing.Games like Monster hunter freedom (1 or 2) on the PSP are great fun to play over the net! So don't listen to,"This product doesn't work" get the program, get the tutorials and it's worth it.

I bought this thinking i could use it as a wireless access point, i thought wrong. the only thing this is good for is browsing the web on your psp. I tried to play fifa 07 online but i had allsorts of connection problems. if you try to get another computer to connect to it, it fails although it still works for the nintendo wii and nintendo ds
I have played Charged football online and it worked perfectly and also works on Pokemon Diamond
TIP: This particular dongle works for wii, ds and psp
Install the psp drivers they work for nintendo ds and wii aswell
(Even if you only have a wii/ds)
You'd be better off just paying extra for a decent router

I thought the idea of this gadget sounded great, unfortunately it doesn't work. I spent hours and hours tying to get it to work but with no success, i tried everything, even contacted the manufactureres but still no success. It doesn't even work a little bit, i've had no use out of it whatsoever, it was a complete waste of money.

I'd read through the reviews here about problems people with AOL had installing this, but I didn't have any. Took about 5 minutes to set up which surprised me as I was expecting a long, hard slog. Cannot fault it, the only problem was caused by me and my heavy-handedness snapping something on the little stand, but it still works OK. Well worth the money.

i brought a cheaper wifi dongle and spent hours trying to get it to work with no success. i got the wifi max and was playing my psp on-line in minutes. i found it very easy to use and a great piece of kit. if you use the stand and place it in a high place your signal will be alot better. just remember to share your internet connection with the dongle and you should have no trouble.
