I bought this when I wanted to improve my pronunciation and it really worked. The combination of the audio exercises and the booklet showing exactly what your tongue and mouth should be doing is very helpful and takes the mystery out of French vowel sounds. The only drawback I have found is that now my pronunciation is improved, French people assume I speak more French than I actually do - which can be confusing.
