I highly rate this book from Oleander Press as it acknowledges that to get to grips with any language you need to do a lot of vocabulary learning by rote. By giving the French language learner the most commonly used words to learn FIRST, this book ensures that by the time the learner has done the last Unit of 20 words, he or she will have a solid foundation of French vocabulary on which to build.
