Duncan Goodhew is an inspiration. Reading this book I felt that I was being given good, achievable advice from a friend; in this case a very successful and knowledgeable friend.

Sink or swim - A great self helpbook. I have read many books on self help but this one really helped me to become motivated with the direction of my life. As well as psychological change change the authors look into diets, lifestyles etc. A great book not just for forty plus men but even younger fellows
