Need to lose weight.

Let's see:

Gym, jog, sprint, pushups, sweat. Oh no.

Extraordinarily delicious easy to make snacks and meals that work. Yes please.

I first tried this plan in 1989 when I had peaked at 19.25 stone!! With minimal exercise and sticking carefully to this very easy to follow diet the weight poured off me. I never went hungry, had more energy than ever and loved the recipes. Having strayed off the path I am now back into the same diet and it still works.

This book has no calorie charts, weights etc. just lists of foods which make your body work better while eating what sometimes seems more than normal but actually allows you to lose weight at the same time. I went from 14.5 stone to 9.5 in under twelve months but then settled at a more normal 10.5 after a while. My only regret is lending the book to someone else and having to buy another.
