Product Description SanDisks newest addition is the innovative Ultra II SD Plus USB, which combines USB and SD functionality in a single card. The ubiquity of this new format eliminates the need for a reader or PC card adapter, as it transforms from an SD card to a USB adapter with our unique hinged cover. The superior value for providing two products in one makes this the most unique SD card in the market. What is SDHC? To support the higher capacity needs, SD cards are now requiring a different design. The new SD 2.0 specifications which supports 4GB and up, is called Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC). The SD Association has created and defined 3 speed classes to help you identify speed and performance capabilities/minimum requirements of SDHC cards and their SDHC host products. Please note that eXpansys vouchers cannot be used when purchasing this product.

Best Purchase in a while! June 17, 2008 This is an SDHC card not a plain SD so check your device is compatible. That said it works well in my Treo 680 palm smart phone and means I don't have to carry round a separate USB memory stick! Seems robust enough and the little led in USB mode is a nice touch (so you know its in the right way round). Highly recommended after a few months use!
SDHC is not compatible with IXUS 700 May 16, 2008 0 out of 8 found this review helpful
This SDHC 4GB / build in USB is not compatible with IXUS 700. The Digital camera produces an error "Memory Card Locked" even if the card's lock is off. The card works fine thou when attached to a computers USB port. Did some research and found a number of forums about this issue. SD card only have a capacity of up to 2GB.
Be careful of the difference between SD and SDHC May 15, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are great little cards but the description isn't correct - the 4GB card isn't an SD card, it's an SDHC (SD High Capacity) card and the two types are not interchangeable in older cameras and computers. Anything over 2GB is SDHC (with only a few very obscure exceptions) so if in doubt, check the marking on your device. If it doesn't say SDHC, then these larger cards won't work

I don't know what the other chap is talking about. I've used this with several digital cameras, new and old, and never had any issues. My boyfriend also this SanDisk and also has no issues. It's fast, reliable and a great little gadget.
Poorly advertised product. February 27, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
This product is not compatible with many cameras or laptops. If your camera/pc is new then I'm assuming the compatibility increase. I purchased this item and found it did not work in my camera or laptop whilst in S.D. mode. This U.S.B. mode does work (obviously not in the camera). As I was working overseas I could not check the item within the designated time frame so when tried to return the item I was knocked back. I am now stuck with a very expensive and fragile U.S.B. flash-drive. Please check compatibility prior to purchase as the web-page doesn't mention.
