4 out of 5 stars Does the Job !   August 20, 2008
There is not much to say about this chipper, apart from the fact that it does the job clean and quick. The lever on it could have been a bit longer to make it even easier to push down.

5 out of 5 stars Easy to make fresh chips   August 17, 2008
I have had this chipper ages and used it so much I passed it on my daughter and treated myself the more expensive Masterclass version, which is also great. Home cooked chips are brilliant!

3 out of 5 stars Not so easy to wash up   May 10, 2008

For the price, this is rather good.

I have given it three stars because potatoes do not always go through the mechanism all that easily. You do however get nicely unform chips out in the end, which does help them to cook evenly (I use an actifry).

Washing up can be a little tricky as bits of potato can get stuck in what seem to be impossible areas to access. When this happens, I have found a quick run through the dishwasher does the trick.

SO easy to use, I bought an actifry, chop up the chips - chuck em in and hey presto yummy low fat chips. This gadget chops a potato in an instant into proper chip shapes! I love it.
