I can't believe no-one has reviewed this book. I discovered this book by accident and so pleased that I bought it. It gives a thorough and unbiased review on how Witchcraft and, later on, Wicca have been perceived throughout history - it's not a pro-Christian rant against the craft or an anti-Christian rant either - it's a neutral account of the history.

The book is well written and easy to read without talking down to you. Also, it is beautifully illustrated.

Go on give it a go.
