I read this book about three years ago so I can't give any specific details. However, I do remember that this was an excellent and very interesting book. It looks into the pirate state of Sale (I really hope I'm remembering this correctly!) Hence, it isn't the most commonly known bit of history. If you're interested in pirates this one's for you. This will go well with White Gold which looks at a different part of North Africa.
