This is the sort of book that gives self-help books a bad name. The only person who can be helped by it is the author. I found it written in a monosyllabic, constipated style, with endless repetitions of the same points and generalizations that make even useful advice sound trivial and cliche. This is a great shame especially because none of the promises made on the cover are kept in the text. The book claims to be based on 'scientific techniques', and wile this may be the case, the author makes no reference to any research and does not provide any examples. The biggest draw back is that the book delivers empty common sense advise (such as: make a list of the periods when you were wasting time and find ways of filling this time better in the future") in disguise of research which will "revolutionize your life". If you are looking to use your time more effectively you can start by not reading this book.
