Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars good for the money   March 30, 2007
i got this book because of a recomendation from a freind and since i only paid 5 quid for it i was pleased.
it's very obvious that the chef worked for marc veyrat because alot of his cuisine and "philosophy" about food is basically the same. there's lots of wild food, lots of flowers and "messy but artful" food. it's not really for the home cook at all but if your in the trade and like alot of the french greats like veyrat, gagnaire and bra then you'll probably dig it, and since you can get it used for a few quid why not buy it?
