I bought this book and later discovered that there was a specific guide to the GR20 and bought that too. Despite being an overall guide to Trekking in Corsica the Abram book is far superior. In fact I would go so far as to say that if you read the Abram book you could write your own guide, without even going there! Despite both being written in the same year the information in the Abram book is first class and accurate. Of course it was only a few months old too, that will change with time. This is the only book you'll need!
