Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Excellent guide   January 27, 2008

An excellent range of guides for anyone wanting to explore France town-by-town. They list almost every town and major village alphabetically, rank them by star rating, and tell you what there is and what's worth seeing. Lots of maps and suggestions along with guides of where to eat and stay in each place. Exploring France would be much harder and less successful without them. The only minus point is that any restaurant or hotel can vary quickly with a change of staff, and a great recommendation in the guide might not always match the current reality. Otherwise, wouldn't be without them.
