4 out of 5 stars A cookery book that lives up to its name   September 6, 2002

Being a big fan of Good Food magazine of which the author is the editor I was very keen to try some of the receipes from his book and I haven't been disappointed. I'm normally very critical of cookery books with no pictures but this book doesn't need them. Orlando tells it as it is. He doesn't create fancy names for his recipes or use ingredients you've never heard of. Simple cookery using ordinary ingredients. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
