Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars A very useful guide to baking really tasty breads   March 2, 2002

This is one recipe book, I'll be referring to again and again. In the few weeks I've had it, I already tried two recipes and they turned out really well. There are clear descriptions and handy step-by-step photographs.
The mouthwatering photographs are also good.

5 out of 5 stars A tasty and comprehensive coverage of bread making   December 12, 2001
11 out of 12 found this review helpful

For all those who are crazy about bread and bread making this book is a must. It is crammed full with fantastic recipes and accompanied by beautiful photographs of the end product (well, what they should look like,... hopefully).

Let's face it, there is nothing better than waking to the smell of fresh bread in the morning.

With the rapid growth in the number breadmaking machines on the market, bread making has never been so easy. Nearly all of the recipes in this book can be readily adapted to the home breadmaking machine. From beginners to the pros this book will inspire all.
