This truly is a sumptuous cookbook from Le Creuset.
Approx 21 cm square, this book has 142 high quality glossy pages split over six chapters:-

sandwiched between a section entitled 'Principles of Cooking' and a separate index for both 'Recipes' and 'Main Ingredients', so if you are looking for something new to do with e.g. asparagus or mushrooms or pumpkin, this is the book for you!
