This book was kind of a deception... just a few reflections through a combination of high quality photographs (more directed towards artistry rather than to show a particular dish) and product combination, oftenly raw, that tend to show the "inmediate cuisine" he has for long proclaimed.

I would rather go for the exceptional "La Cuisine Inmediate", if you can find it, or the spectacular "L'Invention de la Cuisine", a DVD in which Michel Bras, Olivier Roellinger and Gagnaire show how they create dishes.
