Excellent approach for sufferers of pain October 18, 2004
As someone who has suffered chronic pain since 1997, I searched Amazon and found this book.
It contains quite a lot of very useful and excellent information not only for therapists and doctors but I found it was also an very good book for pain sufferers themselves, it contains many useful hints and tips and by following these and also exercises it did help me attempt to control my pain levels, it did not cure the problems but has helped me to manage them better.
I would recommend that every pain clinic in the country has a copy of it in their possession and also that it is made available in local libraries.

As someone who has suffered from chronic pain for over 6 years, I found this an excellent book which answered many unanswered questions for me.
