Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Easy to dip in an out, all round good read   October 8, 2007

I found the style of this book very good, you can dip in and out to the chapters that are relevant to you, and it's full of useful tips particularly when it comes to avoiding potential pitfalls. It appeals newcomers to the industry, or prehaps someone currently working in a bar, and wants to take it to the next level but does not have a business background.
My only criticism of this book and many others in this category is that it is a written from a US perspective, so the sections on finance, licensing and legal side are not that useful.
