Very easy read and detailed on every facet of memory and aging. Helpful chapters on drugs and memory and in implementing a cognitive behavioral approach to memory attitudes.

I found this to be the comprehensive version of Dr. Mason's Memory Doctor. Book has a comprehensive program for people that are aging and noticing changes in their memory. IT took me a couple of months to complete the program but it works!

1 out of 5 stars Memory WORKBOOK?   July 15, 2004

I found that this book was not for me. It appeared to be a book about how growing old correlates with memory depreciation. I got to approximately 20 pages in and decided to stop reading it. I had enough.

A book to avoid unless you are worried that your age is causing your memory loss.
