Nebulus Nectar Small foot plate November 16, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Bought this for my 11 year old son for xmas 06, he is now wearing an adult size 7 shoe & he can't get his foot on the plate, so am looking for a new longer one. When he did use it, it took all he could throw at it, i.e wheelies, jumping etc. The folding mechanism is very difficult.
Wow - what a great 10 spend! November 7, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Had this scooter a year and has had plenty of rough use and it's still going strong and my little boy still loves it. We don't fold it so can't really comment on that but it's a great little scooter and I'm really glad I didn;t go for a more expensive one.
Fun but not foldable October 25, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My son never managed to fold it on his own and I can say it's quite difficult. But he likes it very much and has played with it for long time since we bought this scooter. The space for the foot on the board is 28cm. It fits a big foot for a child!
be sure of the facts September 26, 2007 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
We had two scooters and they were great. Sadly they both got nicked, and I am now looking at buying a replacement. However, reading the reviews and seeing the debate over whether the footplate is too small or not - you may be talking about 2 different but nearly identical scooters. The Nebulus Beta has quite a long footplate - my husband has size 10 feet and managed fine. The Nebulus Gamma has a tiny footplate, and my 9 year old son's foot only just fitted. I'm looking for a Beta, at the moment unsuccessfully!
Can't really fault it. August 29, 2007 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I had one of the old versions of this - Smaller wheels and an awkward folding mechanism and I still use it a bit. Pretty soon after I got it, the back wheel came apart a bit, no big deal, wheels 3 from Ebay. What's best about these things is that they are really, really light to push and carry, and I have had 65kg on it without any problems. And I can fit my size-10s on the deck no problem.
