 Perfect for ixus 70 June 26, 2008
I bought this to go with my ixus 70 and it is a very good snug fit. Not really room for anything else in the case but it is high quality attractive protection for the ixus while adding the minimum of bulk. Magnetic closer is a modern effective touch. Have since bought two more(ixus 70 & napoli 5) for my mum and a mate. Recommended

Very well made quality case which fits the Ixus 85is like a glove. Nice magnetic clasp which is internal so keeps the case slim. Belt loop is flat and slim too. Ideal.
Perfect for Ixus 70 May 17, 2008

Perfect match for Ixus 70. Fit is just right and doesn't add to bulk of camera. Magnetic closure is just fine, no problem with damage to LCD screen (it sits just off it). It means you can slip the camera in your pocket, nice and safe, unlike the Canon pouch for my old Ixus which made the thing too big. This meant you left the pouch behind leading to damage.

I ordered this case on recommendation from Amazon. It's beautiful I agree, but I find it such a tight fit that it's difficult to get the camera out without turning it on or pulling on something. It's not possible to take pictures without completely removing the camera first - I prefer cases that are functional as protection but where you unclip a cover to take shots when you need it.
So, despite being a lovely case, I wouldn't recommend it if, like me, you take your camera everywhere and want to take shots quickly.

The case is the perfect size for the Pentax Optio and is very well made. To protect the LCD screen the camera should be inserted allowing the soft leather inner to protect the screen.
I have taken on board the possible risk of the magnet interfering with the internal mechanics of the camera but as this type of device is now commonplace would hope that the manufacturers have done their homework.
All in all a very high quality camera case !!
