Nasal breathing has previously been a rarity - colds, hay fever or just blocked sinuses. But since I got the basic kit in the winter I've had few, if any, colds. And now with spring I'm still breathing easily.
I don't use it daily, so the original 30 sachets have only just run out (I've order a replcement 10oz salt tub rather than sachets or diy). But when I do feel the sinuses under pressure, and get a little sniffly, a quick rinse through and I'm fine within an hour or two.
Four stars as UK availability seems very limited and hence fairly high postage via Amazon marketplace.
Relieves nasal blockage and sinus headache March 24, 2008
I have a long term problem with recurrent sinus infections and blocked nose. In the past I've tried nasal saline irrigation of my nose, but the sinucleanse netipot is a trouble-free easy way of irrigating the nose with excellent results. I was hoping sinucleanse would reduce the frequency of my sinus infections. It hasnt done that as yet although I probably haven't given it a long enough trial, but when I do have colds and sinus problems it certainly helps me to breathe much more easily and helps reduce sinus headaches for many hours. I am a medical doctor and have started recommending it to my patients. I would also recommend buying the prepacked sinucleanse packets to avoid the risks of making up salt solutions that are too strong or weak and irritate the nose.
 Immediate effect on rhinitis March 18, 2008
I received my neti pot yesterday. I suffer from non-allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip that makes me cough. After one long bout following a cold in January, I found this on Amazon. Arrived yesterday and I used it 4 times. It's much easier to use than it looks. Each time it stops the rhinitis for about an hour, reduces it considerably for 3-4 hours. That's just the first day. I woke up this morning feeling clear. If you have sinus problems, I'd definitely recommend it.

Wow, what a fantastic product that has made a noticeable difference to the quality of my life. I have suffered from sinus problems for as long as I can remember and have tried everything from decongestants to nasal sprays. I have been really impressed with this product as I felt its benefits immediately and what's even better is that it's natural as it uses saline solution. The pot is well made and easy to keep clean and the instructions are clear and easy to follow, meaning that you can start using Sinucleasnse effectively from day one.
