It's a Nasal Trimmer! October 27, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Small enough to fit in my washbag and trims what I want it to trim. Washes clean so I don't have to fiddle about too!
Flimsy plastic October 23, 2006 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Bought this less than a year ago because it was 'WAHL'. It's extremely noisy, so loud in fact that when using it to trim ear hair (some of us have to) it hurt my eardrums! Not pleasant. Anyway, I would have put up with that if the damn thing hadn't broken. I don't believe it's a one-off type fault, it's just quite simply a piece of flimsy plastic rubbish! Mine is now in the bin after being used less than a handful of times, and I've now bought a stainless steel replacement for the same price. My advice? Spend your money on a different nasal trimmer!
Doesn't trim a damn thing September 22, 2005 27 out of 38 found this review helpful
Having owned a Wahl trimmer that worked perfectly (till it broke), I have high standards. This one, however, is not good. It simply fails to pick up a lot of the hairs it should get and leaves me with a tickly nose. Personally, I'd go with Wahl which has a better designed head that actually cuts everything rather than missing half of it. I think the Wahl one was probably less safe (i.e. it was possible to nick your skin with it) but I never caused myself any real pain and would sooner have a trimmer that actually works that one that simply doesn't.
Almost sneezeproof! January 20, 2005 22 out of 29 found this review helpful
Not bad for a small lump of plastic. Trims my hooter hairs nicely. Doesn't make me sneeze either!! Good value i suppose, if you don't like trimming your own nasal hair.
Rubbish June 28, 2004 148 out of 157 found this review helpful
Had the potential to be good but there are some significant design flaws.1. The shape of the cutting head slots prevents most hairs from entering the "cutting zone" or whatever. 2. I'm not heavy-handed but I broke the thing already. The lugs which hold the head onto the base are easy to break off. Little bits of plastic. Anyway, the thing is quite literally rubbish now. I threw it away. I won't risk buying another Wahl product either.
