Lovely bread bin, but the lid is liable to warp March 14, 2008

This is a lovely bread bin which looks great and is a generous size - big enough for a large loaf plus rolls, etc. The white melamine body is easy to clean. The wooden lid looks solid and chunky - you can also use it as a bread board. However, after only a couple of weeks just sitting in my kitchen, the lid started to warp and no longer fits properly. It's a lovely idea but I wouldn't buy it again.
