Ive found this CD very useful, i learn quickly from it as with the Eurotalk range. A few bad points are it is a bit limited in its vocabulary, which to be honest should be expected as its a Beginner Course. Also the Kurdish it teaches you is Sorani, the language used mostly by Iranian and Iraqi kurds. I leanrt this the hard way after talking to several Kurmanji (Turkish) Kurds . They said its like him talking to me in a welch accent, which caused great hilarity between them. Why they chose Sorani im not sure as there are far more Kurmanji Kurds then there are Sorani (about x10). Overall though a good product, but make sure you know which of the languages is spoken in the area your going to avoid ridicule. :-)
