I've had this video (amongst a collecion of over 30 - step & aerobic mix) for over 5 years and it is still the best in my collection.
It's a decent workout without being gruelling, so you're not put off to come back to it time and again.
The steps are easy and it is varied so you don't get bored.
She has an excellent coaching manner which is most pleasant.
It's a pity she hasn't done many more, I'd buy all of them (the Circuit Training is another excellent vid of hers).
A must.

Having done the Cher Step video, I found Kelis instruction brilliant, very down to earth. The exercise is very challenging but can be modified for all levels. The video really gives you an energy boost and lift the spirits. I'm now a big fan of Kelis, I just wish I there were more of her videos/dvds available.

I bought this video used on marketplace and it was money well spent! I'd been recommended this by a friend and had tried to track a copy down evrywhere, but with no luck. Thankfully I eventually got it here used and I must say, my friend was right. It's a fantastic video. very easy to get into and really produces results, unlike some of the newer workouts that are on sale at the moment. I cannot rate it highly enough! Thank you Amazon!!

This is a really good workout for the experienced stepper. Having torn both calf muscles in the past two years with other workouts, I was looking for a challenging, but safe routine. That is exactly what I got with The Ultimate Step workout. The only problem is that you can only get it on VHS. It would be great to be able to get it on DVD, because when I went to do my workout this morning I discovered my video machine was not working and I had to go for a run instead! Boring! I know that step is a little out of fashion at the moment, but it still a really great way to get fit!
