Forget no pain, no gain. Brilliant video. Speaking as a person with two worn discs and after following doctor and hospital advice for 15 years, most of my joints had seized up almost completely and subsequently I had gained weight (especially now entering my 50's), I had given up all hope of ever helping my back and neck problems and regaining something of my former figure, I accepted that I could never find an exercise programme to help myself without adding pain and strain to my joints. I was a little sceptical and frightened at first to do the stretching but this video does not lie !! Without any jolting of the joints and with a bit of practice to do them correctly I noticed the difference after only a few hours and within a couple of weeks had reduced my hips down by half an inch. You really do get addicted and without any special equipment, jumping around or even leaving the house, what could be better. Get out there girls and try this on for size !! Well done Callen. Can't wait to try her next one.

I found this one hour programm perfect for 2-3 times per week. The more I did the better I felt and the more I wanted to do it. After just 8 hours I began to notice a significant improvement. I am now wanting to do this routine every day and am considering the advanced programe for a bit of variety. Wonderfull just wonderful

At first you feel quite confused, how can a series of streches that don't even make you break out into a sweat, possible tone and shape you in such a fast time? i'm used to suffering for hours in the gym and at areobic classes squatting and grunting in order to try to tone up, however i am now a convert, and after only six weeks i have never looked or felt so good, it is a must have dont be put off by their bad 80s hairdos, just throw away your lycra and buy it now, tell a friend, tell the world!!!

I got this video about 6 weeks ago and have found it fabulous. I thought that I had no time to exercise and that when I did it wouldn't work. Not only are these exercises easy to do (after a bit of practice) but they work and you can see results very quickly. I was already at my 'ideal weight' but needed to tone up. I have gone down from a size 12 to a size 10. Buy it.

The only exercise video I have tried that has actually worked and in an amazingly short time frame. Although a little tough to get to grips with at first, it affected areas that have been exercise resistant for years!!
