The program doesn't work as described. Doesn't produce other format video i.e. avi, mpg

It shouldn't really get any stars as it just doesnt do what it is meant to do.
I have no idea what it did for 3 hours, but it produced a 229 Kb file, which was totally unreadable.
I emailed the developers and have not received any response whatsoever.
My advice is dont bother with this. It is a complete waste of time and money. Especially if the people who made the program cant even bother themselves to respond to a problem.

I tried to covert to 3gpp for mobile phone and all I get is a file that is not recognised on my W810i, a total waste of money, and the interface is cheap and nasty

after buying this software to amazon, like others, i was dissa pointed. thought i cannot transfer my own encrypted dvd to another dvd disc but then after reading the message in the X-oom website and analysing what is needed, LOGICALLY,I USED MY HEAD AS THE CLUE IS ALREADY THERE, i made it. now i can copy my dvds even the movie disc which is nearly frail to broke. downside: too slow to burn a disc(or i get used to cd burning which is really fast)i can convert dvds to vcd, from 9Gb compress to 4.7Gb and to other format. make sure u have enough space on your hard drive so at least you can save it if you dont have a disc by the time you want to copy or transfer something. but if you have a dvd disc (which is necessary if you want to copy ot transfer a movie, file etc,)can burn it directly to the dvd disc. another good thing in this software is i never wasted any of my non re writable dvd.you can use either dvd - / + r or rw. now im on it to try on my psp movie. glad i bought one of this, thanks amazon.

This programme does not back up encrypted or copy protected DVDs. Pretty pointless then. The copy I purchased installed okay first time, but when I went to copy a non-encrypted DVD the programme just froze. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, now my computer won't read the disc or anything else I put in the disc drive. Don't waste your money on this.
