im not sure what the other 2 reviewers have been on..but for one its comfotable to wear and two ebay is flooded with AAAA batteries..

like your other reviewer I bought this thinking to be economica: it sort of works just pairs easily, but guess what no-one sells AAAA batteries commonly thats another Amazon sale, and the usual scam it seems to me of the batteries don't cost that much but the postage makes up for it. Even Argos does not sell AAAA batteries - avoid this and buy one thats rechargeable!

I bought this as a cheap replacement for my BT150. I was very pleased with the BT150 but had lost the earloop which I couldn't find a replacement for. Frustrating since the unit works fine.
The BT2040 was interesting because it is powered by an AAAA battery, meaning that as long as you have a stock of these (say in the car) then it should never let you down.
However I am very disappointed with it. You are supposed to be able to wear it in your ear without the ear loop. However there is no way it would fit in my ear. I have small ears and the earpiece is way to big to ever stay in without the ear loop.I'm not convinced it'd stay in even if i had larger ears.
The earloop is very cheap hard plastic and unmoldable,so you can't bend it to fit, meaning that it is extremely uncomfortable to wear, and even with the earloop it feels like the ear piece is going to go missing at any minute.
The headset is easy to pair with your phone but lacks any other features, like a volume control. I now wish I had just bought another BT150 and not been such a skinflint!!
I might see if the BT2040 earloop fits my BT150 (which I'm sure it won't).
