Strangely captivating October 6, 2003

This book, while in chronological order, is a series of reminiscences mainly stretched over a 20 year period. Some are a few lines only; others more lengthy. I found it strangely captivating, although it never completely grabbed me. There wasn't enough continuity for that. But it was a bit like getting to know someone gradually, finding out those snippets of information about them that come with greater intimacy. I recommend it!
