The style of cooking is light flavour filled dishes, but what sets this cook book above others is the layout. Not only does every recipe come with a photogrpah so you have an idea of what it should look like, but also Bill has extra comments in the margins about other items that would complement the dish or practical tips for that recipe. As for the recipes themselves they are easy and quick. This is an ideal cook book for anyone wishing to wean themselves and others off supermarket ready meals.

I have been a die hard Delia Smith fan for many years, however have been trying Bill's books after seeing him on TV recently.
Just as Delia's recipes taste homely and comforting, Bills tatse bright, fresh and vibrant.
I love the combination of simple fresh ingredients, and have yet to find a recipe that is anything other than stunning.
I would recommend this book for summer recipies whatever the weather.

I am a recent convert to Bill Granger and I have to say this book might well rescue my waist-line. Bill's no-fuss approach to cooking is refreshing and the recipes are amazing. A few fresh ingredients and store-cupboard stuff that you can put together easily and quickly after work.

Well he did it again...this book was so enjoyable, I loved the food. He's food not only tastes fresh and delicious but its so easy to cook and sooooooo simple!! This is definitely one to get..if you want to entertain your friends and family without spending hours slaving away in the kitchen then this is your book!!! ENJOY!!!!!!
