These maps (Landranger) are great for getting a feel for the lay of the land, they were great for me (cycling mostly) featuring places to visit as well as info on the roads, topography, altitude etc - the only map you'll need to enjoy an active, or inactive holiday in the area.
One star removed because the selafield visitor's centre on the map has been shut since the 9th September 2001.
