At the time I bought this my smoking was increasing day by day, as I worked in a stressful environment that had what I'd call a smoking culture, cigarette breaks were frequent. I wasn't sure the cd would work when I bought it, but I listened to it a few times, last thing at night in my bed. I found that I always fell asleep whilst listening to it. I didn't think that it had worked as I was still smoking a couple of weeks later, but I found that I wasn't enjoying each cigarette that I had. All of a sudden one day at work, I went for my first cigarette of the working day, I didn't even light up and gave my pack of cigarettes away. I havn't smoked since the 28th of February 2001, and I was going through a bad time then and the last thing I really expected was to give up smoking. It's now 4th of August 2001 and I havn't been tempted once, not even when out drinking with friends. An excellent buy and money well spent.
