Any self respecting Sinatra fan should read this book. Why? Because you read the thoughts of a person who totally misunderstands the whole feel of Sinatra. There is very little reference to the music of Sinatra, just the alleged ties he had with certain members of the Mafia. You can understand why Sinatra hated this book. If the allegations in His Way are correct then so be it. Ardent fans of Sinatra know that he wasn't a Saint, but this isn't important, in fact this adds to the image of Sinatra and makes the music more endearing. His Way is a tabloid hack about Sinatra's alleged misdemeanours, not about the one thing that made him shine....his poignant and mesmorising music.
