3 out of 5 stars Okay, but not the best   April 21, 2004

Okay, so this isn't as good as the other two in the series but it is agreat book to lead up to the third. Jenny and Julian's relationship getsmore steamy, Tom gets more paranoid and protective of Jenny. The settinggets a little more creepy and sometimes the book seemed a littledisjointed to me but this series is a must for all Smith fans. Enjoy.

5 out of 5 stars The forbidden game 2   December 4, 2003
This is one of the first and best point horror books that i have read. I recommend it to anyone. LJSmith describes the layout and characters in such away that you are there and you can't help but feel what the people are feeling. All three books are a must read and highly recommended by me and probably any one else who has read it.

4 out of 5 stars exciting and nail bitingly brilliant!   October 23, 2000
If I had time to rescue three things from a burning building I would save the three forbidden game books as they are the best thing I have ever read. If you haven't read it then you better get your bottie off to a book shop pertty quick!!

The second part to the forbidden game is excellent! They all think that nothing worse could happen to them then BAM! It happens! This book is absolutely brilliant! I could not put it down! I read it in one day i was that hooked! The fine detail of the looks, the eyes and the hair it just keeps you reading the book! I think that L J Smith deserves an award for this book! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to escape reality and has an active imagination!
