I bought this book because I am just about to move to San Diego for 3 months. I only had a very basic idea about the city before reading this but now I feel I have much more detailed knowlege, and a much more rounded impression of San Diego. As with all "Lonely Planet" publications, this book is easy to use, well written, informative and light hearted. I recommend it to anyone heading for San Diego!
