Fine if you speak Spanish June 12, 2008

May be I'm being stupid, but I would have expected the description of the book to include the fact that it's in Spanish! I went for this as it's the most recently published quality guide on Costa Rica. I looked at loads of others before settling on this, which is probably why I didn't scroll down to the 'Language' bit (where I would have discovered that the book is not in English) - every other book I looked at was in English (as one might expect on a British site). So, it may be a good book but I'll never know. Interestingly, Amazon recommends a Spanish phrase book as a good partner for this guide; frankly, if I could read the book I could be writing a phrase book rather than buying one.
