I found this book to be both informative and entertaining. It is a small book but gets right to the point of how to fix your memory. Good chapters on medications, supplements and memory tips. Good humor throughout the book. Highly recommend. This book changed my life.

I enjoyed this book tremendously. Filled with humor and helpful knowledge on the workings of memory. Easy to read. It was a bit short but I have and will recommend it to others.
