As well as giving valuable tourist infomation, the author has really managed to capture the atomosphere. I particularly respect the fact that they don't seem to sugar coat their descriptions. If a place is dull they say so. If a place hasn't got much going for it they keep the description brief.

Since I arrived here 5 years ago I have seen countless programs, books, etc. that claim to tell you all about Canada. I find that very few give u an accurate picture of what the country is really like. This book does that.
