 Revealing but with reservations September 18, 2008
Excellent in terms of content, context, photographic quality and ease of navigation through the menu. However I strongly recommend that this DVD should not be bought in isolation (as I initially did) but it should be purchased together with some of the other Simon Holmes golf DVD's, as it is an accumulation of techniques shown in other DVD's put into practice.

I found this to be an interesting DVD. At times the dialogue is a little odd, but generally it was an interesting insight into the teacher player relationship between for one of Europe's leading players. His insights on what to work on and how to approach holes was particularly interesting

This is an excellent DVD and is aimed at all levels of golfer down to scratch. I'm a 5-handicapper and enjoyed the style and content of this DVD alot. If you're looking for technical help on your swing then look elsewhere; this is not what this DVD is about, although it does offer advice on swing maintenance. If, however, you're looking for a some help on improving your scoring then this is an excellent DVD and will help most amateurs who can already swing a club.The DVD is split into two areas: on the range; and on the course. On the range: Not too technical, more to do with what things a pro works on to keep his/her swing in tune and what areas to work on to improve your scoring. On the course: You get to see Robert Karlsson play a whole round during which he talks you through his general strategy for the round, his tactics on each hole and each shot, and how he deals with tricky situations etc, etc. very enjoyable part of the DVD and some excellent insights for ALL handicap golfers.

If you want a DVD on how to play golf then this is not for you.
It deals with the preparation that golf pros go though prior to a competition. What they work on their strengths and their weaknessess.
How to analize holes prior to playing them.
The main point is always to play to your strengths, eliminating tactical errors to keep your score down.
