A great feature is that you can do it as three separate workouts if you are short of time (wonderful when you have a small child as you can fit it into nap time, although I am doing the Legs and bums (very challenging) as one and then the upper body and abs as the other because these two are not quite so hard (or maybe I should graduate from baked bean tins to water bottles).

Davina is also highly entertaining throughout the workout and together with her two trainers make this workout a fun and pleasant one. (and you definately feel it in your legs the next day)
