5 out of 5 stars classy, fun, good way to be active   September 2, 2008
This is my second day with this DVD. I have very short attention span and I dont like plain exercise as it bores me. I also dont like anything too advanced and too challenging that it is hard to get hang of. This DVD works for someone like me. I found it just challenging enough to not turn me off. I also have poor coordination and thank goodness Fleur's routines are merciful. I think this is the best way to exercise. Something between real dance and aerobics. If someone taped me dancing around it would probably make top funniest home videos, but at least its fun. :o)

1 out of 5 stars Rubbish Workout, Annoying Split Screen   August 15, 2008

I bought this dvd a few weeks ago. I watched it once and found it so annoying that I sold it straight away. They split the screen into 2. One side shows a disco music dvd and on the other side in a small box is the woman doing a rather rubbish workout. VERY ANNOYING. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

5 out of 5 stars Excellent - well worth the buy   May 12, 2008

I bought this DVD as, since leaving school many moons ago, I have been what can only be described as lazy. I wanted an exercise DVD that wasn't full of Mr Motivator style workouts and not made by a celebrity, but would still ease my muscles back into being used! And this is perfect.

The individual tracks are just the right length so that you're not feeling cheated and not completely exhausted. The music is varied and well chosen for the different sorts of 'dance'. Some workouts are complicated at first, but after bumbling through them a couple of times, I found them easy to remember. The only downside is that the instructor is like rubber woman! One day I too will bend and stretch to the same extent as her!!!

2 out of 5 stars Don't bother.....   April 1, 2008

After reading the reviews I was really looking forward to trying this but am pretty dissapointed. The workout's not hard enough to get fit/lose weight and the dance moves aren't exactly 'current' so its not like you'll ever use them. The music is overrated and the instructor is super annoying.

A major flaw with the video is that its so repetative. There is like a 20second routine for each track and then you keep on repeating it over and over and over and over again until the track finishes. The workout is just all the songs put together in a different order but there are gaps between each song so you don't sustain a sweat for more than 2minutes.Another problem is that you may want to 'learn the rountines' before doing the workout but the warm up and cool down are only available as part of the workout so you can't learn the routines without warming up which as they constantly remind you is bad for you.

3 out of 5 stars Music to work out to   February 13, 2008

I've bought a cross trainer and treadmill and was looking for some music to work out to, but as most of the music DVD's include interviews and slow tracks I thought this dance DVD would be good, and it is, although some of the tracks are a little dated so may not appeal to everyone. I really enjoy the music so very pleased with it, but I'm not sure I would enjoy it as much if I had bought it to dance to, as it's split in two squares with the teacher on one side and a video on the other. I think I would find her quite annoying after a while.
