i love the gradiated sequence of routines but don't know if i'll ever be ready for the third level :) i come back to this video again and again because i know it works. after only a week back on it i can see the results for myself and that's one hell of an incentive to keep going. the routines are not horrendously complicated to pick up and i have to say that although i've been exercising to this vid on and off for the past five years, i'm still not bored. maybe i just have a high boredom threshhold...:)

for the people who are put off by anthea turner on the cover, she doesn't make an appearance until the third level so most of the vid's turner-free! all in all, a highly effective and thoroughly recommended exercise vid.
